Peter built his career as Regional Manager of Western Canadian (1991-1996) and Pacific Rim (1996-1998) territories with ITW Performance Polymers & Fluids, steering revenue growth of up to 67% through expansion of ITW’s industrial distribution network and fostering intimate customer relationships.

Peter was rapidly promoted to Asia Business Manager (1998-2006) to help ITW navigate the era’s crushing Asia economic crisis. Here, Peter spearheaded the creation and deployment of a turn-around strategy repositioning the fragile consumer product focused business, turning the unit's $180K deficit to a $50K profit within one year, and increasing operating revenues by 180% throughout tenure.

After 15 years of success with ITW, Peter was onboarded by American adhesive manufacturer IPS Weld-On Corporation to develop a marketing and sales strategy following build-out of a China plant (2006-2008). Here, Peter leveraged his expertise to produce a comprehensive state-of-business & Asia market audit within his first 90 days, and developed a rapid growth strategy that resulted in achieving break-even point for the unit within a year of startup.

In recent years, Peter has harnessed his finely-honed expertise in Asia business development to provide value-added consulting services to corporate clients seeking increased penetration of Asia markets.
